Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AstroDiem (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visithttps://astrodiem.com, use our calculators, or order a personal reading.

Information we collect

• Birth details you enter — date, time, and place — used to calculate planetary positions in the browser session and, if you continue to a reading, to prepare that reading.
• Contact details — name and email when you contact us, request a mini reading, or order a reading.
• Technical data — standard server and analytics logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) needed to run and secure the site.
• Payment data — processed by PayPal when you purchase a reading. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• To calculate and display chart placements
• To deliver personal readings you order
• To reply to support messages
• To send a mini reading you request by email, and the follow-up emails you agree to when you ask for it
• To improve site reliability and prevent abuse

Advertising

We measure ads with Meta. A calculator visit can set a Meta cookie. When you submit your email for a mini reading, that signup is recorded as a lead so we can see which ad brought it in. You can block cookies in your browser.

Local storage

Calculator pages may save birth details in your browser’s local storage so reading forms can prefill. You can clear this anytime in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site (hosting, email, payment, and ad measurement). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Reading order details are kept as long as needed to deliver the service and handle support. Calculator inputs kept only in your browser remain until you clear them.

Your choices

Email hello@astrodiem.com to ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
